The Youth Ministry team under the guidance and direction of the Holy Spirit of God is responsible for training and equipping the Church youth.  Led by the Holy Spirit the training and equipping is accomplished through God's word and Discipleship.  Discipleship equips and assists youth in choosing to live a life that honors and glorifies God.  The training and equipping will be accomplished through traditional Sunday school education, discipleship events targeting growth and fellowship of our Church youth.  Included in training and equipping will be life skills focusing on the following areas: support to public or private education by way of tutoring; career direction; God's revealing of family and relationships through Holy Scripture; strategies on daily living through Christ (i.e. prayer, worship, devotions, quiet time; the reading of scripture and cheerful giving.  This will further allow new youth, growing youth and mature youth to be equipped for outreach events targeting our community.  The outcome of youth ministry should be to raise up young leaders who joyfully share their faith in humble obedience to Christ.
